Thank you for a very pleasant & visit at Yulia Inn. The staff made us very welcome. The bungalows are clean and comfortable and the gardens well looked after.

After having stayed at least 7 times at Yulia, have observed several changes over the years eg. tv & telephone in rooms. Yulia staff (front desk) especially Adi is friendly and I've appreciated the way he was to bring the room key inthe afternoon after hard day work. Perhaps you can look at having a website to advertise your hotel.

Adi - most welcoming + receptionist also. Pool + gardens lovely + clean + tidy. Bed - new + rooms - very nice. Most enjoyable stay - Will be back. (Whitener on towels would complete a very nice 2 days stay).

A big thank you to all the staff at Yulia Inn (Kuta + Ubud). Their friendly and courteous nature, in addition to their great service attitude made our stay more enjoyable. We particularly like the view in the Rice Filed room in Ubud. It's great to wake up to such scenery in the morning. We liked the value packages offered by the inn in Ubud. We thought that they were attractive and perhaps you could have more of these packages in the future.

Hotel Yulia is a great place to stay. Room rates are pretty reasonable. The rooms are very clean & well serviced. The staff are very friendly & helpful! You get free Bali Coffee & bottled water every day, much is great. 'Adi' on reception, is big into football and knows his stuff about foreign teams and players. Only 2 downsides:- There's no English TV channels and the chickens next door will drive you mad! Only solution is to drink plenty of 'Arak' then it's no problem!!
