- All prices are quoted, and must be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp)
- The room rate included Government tax & service ( Net Rate )
- The prices indicated are per room for 2 persons.
- One child under 10 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds.
- One older child or adult is charged IDR 300.000 per person per night in an extra bed included breakfast and IDR 250.000 per person per night non Breakfast.
- The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1 (one). Capacity for one room is 2 persons and 4 persons in Deluxe Interconnecting room.
- All prices, including any special rate quotes given to you on case by case basis (through website, email, or phone) always has a limited validation. Confirmed and paid booking must be made to claim such offer before expires.
- Rates may change without prior notice
To make a confirmed reservation before your check-in date/time, you must have an active and accessible email address, regardless the booking method that you will choose (through website, email, or phone).
- We will only send you the reservation/payment confirmation by email as proof of booking, and must be presented upon check-in for verification.
- Reservation can be changed with prior notice based on the cancellation policy and subject to room availability
- To secure your room reservation, the payment/deposit is required by your selected payment method
- Without guaranteed payment, no room allocation will be kept or guaranteed for your reservation, and will be subject to availability on your check-in date.
How to make a room reservation :
- Direct Booking through Hotel Website
Our website www.yuliainns.com is available 24/7 to handle your request. Valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. We have provided a secured instant-availability-confirmation reservation system provided STAAH in our website for you to use. For the payment processor, DOKU Internet Payment Gateway will securely handle the online credit card payment for your reservation. The 3D verification process will require you to input an auto verification code sent to your active cell phone that has the phone number you used for your credit card holder profile data. If in some case the credit card charge is failed you may provide another credit card details, otherwise the booking cannot be proceed/confirmed. If you wish to use Bank Transfer (valid for local resident only ), please contact our Reservation Center to proceed.
- Manual Booking through email correspondence
Emails to us is available for response within 24 hours, during our office hours 9.00 AM – 17.00 PM. You can send us your detailed inquiry by email to our Reservation Center emails: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon agreement on the deal, our reservation center will ask for your preferred payment method.
30% of the total amount is required for modification fee in low season if the guest would like to change the date without any valid reason.Hotel doesn’t accept any modification Booking in both the High season & the peak season period
Reservation can be changed with prior notice and confirmation of changed is subject to room availability
Low Season: 30% cancellation fee applies if reservation is canceled within 14 days prior to arrival day.Non refundable for High Season (1 July – 31 August) and Peak Season ( 24 December – 5 January )
In the case of “NO SHOW”, the full stay charge applies.
One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing beds and maximum number of children sharing room with parents is 2.Baby cots are available at no cost. Due to the limited stock, please notify our reservation dept in advance
No refund will be issued for No-Show ( failure to arrive at our room) or Early Departure/Check-Out
In some reasonable cases or circumstance beyond the control of the guest that directly delay/halt/prevent the travel or check-in, such as :
- Force majeure
- Sickness, accident, or death
- Flight delay or cancellation in natural disaster
- Major security or safety concern
We do consider some flexibility to:
- Reschedule the reservation (with limited period)
- Waive any amendment or cancellation fee (partially or in full)
In those cases, supporting documents/papers/certificates/legalized proof must be sent to us to validate the situation, except in case of force majeure or some cases where the information (validation) is not necessary must be confirmed by the guest. However, the final consideration on how the reservation will be processed is solely at our discretion.
The timing of refund process to your credit card or Bank account will depend on each Bank system and schedule (normally, it’s up to 14 working days). Yulia Beach Inn doesn’t have any controls on how and when the money will be received in your account. However, our finance department will process the refund as soon as it’s required. Please contact your Bank directly for time estimates and for any required information.
Check-in / Check-out
At Yulia Beach Inn the check-in time is at 14.00 PM, and the check-out time is at 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may also subject to extra charge (see “Day Use”).
Required upon check-in:
- Booking confirmation email
- Payment confirmation email (when you pay the reservation by credit card via DOKU)
- Valid government ID
- Please note that a refundable security deposit is require per room per stay to cover any incidental charges, such as; accidental breakages, lost keys, telephone bill, etc, that may be incurred during your stay. This will be collected by cash or credit card upon check in and it will be fully refundable upon check-out if not used and after a damage inspection of the property. Refundable security deposit rate: IDR 300.000.
Day Use / Late Check out
Day use or late check-out is subject to availability and may not be available if the room has been booked for that day. IDR 150.000 charge is applied for late check-out until 15.00 PM and IDR 300.000 until 18.00 PM. Any extended stay exceeding more than 6 pm will be charged in full rate.
(Valid for the room included breakfast)
Breakfast Ala carte is available in the restaurant from 07:30 until 10:30. Presentation of breakfast coupon is required for each person prior to having breakfast. Room service will be attended only if guests are too sick to come down.
We would like to offer our most sincere appreciation for free 1 way Airport pick up OR Drop Off ( choose 1 of them ) for the customer who made a booking direct through the Hotel official website with the minimum stay 5 days 4 nights (5D4N ), Please notify & reconfirms the flight details to the reservation email to take this Hotel compliment.
